"Their approach to understanding our organisation, values, goals and challenges, helped them deliver on our brief with excellent communications and support throughout – resulting in a Hub plus separate managers hub, both of which have received high levels of positive feedback and engagement. They are an incredibly client-focused company, who invest time in developing and maintaining positive relationships and communications using their knowledge and skills to deliver on the agreed project.”

Background
Key & Community Lifestyles are a housing association whose primary focus is delivering high quality, personalised support to people in their own homes and communities.
They came to us looking for an intranet and a way to engage with their workforce. We listened to their requirements and built two main Hubs, including one which was only available for their managers. We also set up Viva Engage Communities so they could connect employees together no matter where they are based.
The Process
We approached the client to understand their values, goals and challenges. Our team talked through various solutions to meet their requirements and it was eventually decided that it was important to have two SharePoint sites in order to keep Management information secure on a separate Managers Hub.
Keeping to our project timescale was a key requirement for the organisation and something which they were keen to be strict with. ThinkShare and Key worked really closely and productively through each stage of the intranet ensuring swift approvals and dealing with any questions and issue on each weekly call.
Throughout the process we engaged with a user group so that they felt involved with every part of the project and could make their views and voices heard and actioned. This meant that when we came to roll out the intranet we already had an established batch of intranet champions who knew and loved the new intranet.
Support, Adoption and Training
ThinkShare provided outstanding support, was responsive to issues during the implementation phase, and offered ongoing support to ensure the system's continued success. Comprehensive training was delivered to ensure all employees could use the new system effectively. This training included regular check-ins, troubleshooting assistance, and additional sessions as needed.
In addition we supported the internal Key team with an Adoption and Change Management plan for them to help get staff members onboarded and utilising the intranet. This included lunch and learn sessions as well as interactive launch sessions which ThinkShare helped to deliver.
Project Outcomes
The new SharePoint-based staff hub significantly improved internal communication and operational efficiency. The functionality delivered by ThinkShare met all expectations, and no unplanned follow-up projects were required. The positive outcomes of this Project have led to further collaboration with ThinkShare to enhance the staff hub.
The collaboration between Key and Community Lifestyles and ThinkShare has been a resounding success. The new SharePoint-based staff hub has greatly enhanced internal communication and operational efficiency.
