What is Microsoft Dataverse?

The data platform underneath Power Platform and Dynamics 365. It stores relational and non relational data in tables, with security and business logic built in, so apps, flows and reports can share it.

How is access to data controlled?

Through role based security, with further restrictions at row and column level. Dataverse also works with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and supports encryption, all within one security model.

Can you move our existing data into Dataverse?

Yes. We have more than 15 years' experience migrating data securely with minimal disruption, and we check the data with you before anything goes live.

Does Dataverse work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. Dataverse is built into Teams, which means you can create internal low code apps and chatbots that people use without leaving Teams.
