How much does Omnia cost?

Omnia is licensed per user, and implementation costs depend on your size, complexity and customisation. We give you a quote covering licensing, implementation and support once we understand your requirements.

How long does an Omnia implementation take?

Typically 8 to 16 weeks from kick-off to go-live, depending on the number of departments and content areas, the branding and the integrations. We use a phased approach to get an initial intranet live quickly.

What is the difference between Omnia and SharePoint?

SharePoint Online is Microsoft's foundational intranet and document management platform. Omnia is built on top of it and adds structured navigation, personalised news, workspace templates and mobile-first design, so a governed intranet takes less custom development.
