Organisation Structure, Business and Supply Chains
ThinkShare is a UK-based digital consultancy specialising in Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI based services. We design and implement intranet systems, low-code applications, and data-driven solutions for clients across both public and private sectors. Our clients span industries such as technology, transport, and professional services.
Our supply chain primarily consists of software vendors (notably Microsoft), cloud infrastructure providers, and professional service contractors.
Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
ThinkShare is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We operate under a zero-tolerance policy and expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
Our internal policies include:
- A Code of Conduct that outlines ethical business practices.
- A Whistleblowing Policy that encourages staff to report concerns confidentially.
- A Supplier Code of Ethics that includes clauses on labour rights and anti-slavery compliance.
Due Diligence Processes
We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and partners to assess their compliance with anti-slavery laws. This includes:
- Reviewing their modern slavery statements (where applicable).
- Assessing their labour practices and ethical sourcing policies.
- Including anti-slavery clauses in contracts and service agreements.
Risk Assessment and Management
Given the nature of our business—primarily digital and consultancy services—the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low. However, we recognise potential risks in:
- Offshore software development or support services.
- Third-party suppliers of hardware or office equipment.
To mitigate these risks, we:
- Prioritise working with UK-based or internationally certified suppliers.
- Require transparency from suppliers regarding their own supply chains.
- Periodically review supplier practices and request compliance documentation.
Measuring Effectiveness
We assess the effectiveness of our anti-slavery measures through:
- Annual reviews of supplier compliance.
- Monitoring whistleblowing reports (none to date).
- Ensuring 100% of new staff complete compliance training within their first month.
We aim to improve our performance by introducing supplier audits and expanding our training programme in the next financial year.
Training and Capacity Building
All ThinkShare employees receive training on:
- Recognising signs of modern slavery.
- Reporting procedures and ethical responsibilities.
- Our company’s policies and expectations regarding human rights.
We also provide refresher training annually and ensure that key staff involved in procurement and supplier management receive enhanced training.
