A simple Power App takes 2 to 4 weeks. More complex apps with approval flows, Dataverse data modelling and integration with external systems take 6 to 12 weeks from requirements workshop to tested deployment.
Is Power Apps included in Microsoft 365?
A version is, which lets users build apps on Microsoft 365 data such as SharePoint lists and Excel files. Premium data sources, Dataverse and external systems need an additional licence, and we can advise on which licensing model fits.
