Our story
How ThinkShare started.
Andy Hodges set up ThinkShare to build Microsoft solutions for organisations planning how they will work in the future. He has worked with SharePoint and other Microsoft products for more than 20 years.
The business started with SharePoint and has grown every year since, in people and in specialisms. We now build on Power Platform and Dynamics, provide governance guidance and ongoing support, and help organisations use AI on their own data.
We are straightforward to work with, and we will change the direction of a project if we find a better way to solve the problem.

2018
Zero Waste Scotland
Zero Waste Scotland becomes a customer.
2019
British Cycling
British Cycling becomes a customer.
October 2019
A move to Codebase
We move into Codebase.
January 2020
Our first employee
The first member of the team joins.
April 2020
Valo partner
We become a Valo intranet partner.

The team grows to four people.

First Power Platform project
