Viva Goals has been retired.

Is Viva Goals still available?
No. Microsoft has retired Viva Goals, so it is no longer an option for tracking objectives in Microsoft 365.
What should we use instead?
It depends on how you used it. Viva Connections and intranet news work well for communicating priorities, Viva Engage for leaders to discuss progress, and Power BI or a simple Power App if you need to track objectives against data.
Can you move our existing objectives across?
Yes. We bring across the objectives and structure you want to keep into whichever tool replaces Viva Goals for you.
Do we need extra licences?
Some Viva features are included in Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 and others need additional licences. We map what your current plan covers before recommending anything.
