What does the assessment look at?
On the opportunity side, the tasks and processes in each team where an assistant or agent would save measurable time, with the benefit sized for each. On the readiness side, oversharing and broken permission inheritance, sites and workspaces without an active owner, anonymous and organisation wide sharing links, sensitivity label and retention coverage, duplicate and stale content, and the licensing and capacity the rollout will need.
Is the assessment tied to a particular AI platform?
No. It is written to be platform agnostic, so the findings and the roadmap hold whichever assistant or agent you go on to adopt. Where that decision has already been taken, we size the licensing and capacity for your chosen platform as part of the work.
How long does the assessment take?
Three to four weeks for most organisations, depending on size and on how much access is available at the start. You receive a findings report with the opportunities ranked by benefit and effort, together with a plan that your team can run or that we can deliver alongside them.
What does the assessment cost?
From £4,995 plus VAT for organisations of up to 50 users. Larger organisations are quoted once we understand the number of systems and teams involved, and the figure is confirmed with you before any work begins.
What do you need from our team?
Read access to the environments in scope, and an hour or so with a handful of people from each area so that we understand how the work is done today. We keep the time we ask of your team to a minimum and fit the sessions around their diaries.
