Environment Audit

Review your Microsoft 365 configuration, permissions, and integrations.

Data quality Review

Identify and address issues with content structure, metadata, and accessibility.

Adoption Planning

Provide a roadmap for training, governance, and phased deployment.

Our Process

At ThinkShare we have over 20 years of experience delivering Microsoft solutions for an array of businesses. Our structured approach ensures your project meets your business objectives and drives user adoption.

Discovery

We start by understanding your business challenges, processes and desirable outcomes. We conduct workshops to identify pain points, requirements gathering and opportunity exploration to roadmap your AI solution.

Design

Utilising the insights from the Discovery phase, we will design a solution architecture that aligns with your business's needs and the best practices, which includes integration plans, and security and governance frameworks.

Build

Our experts will configure and develop your solution using the AI product chosen and Microsoft Dataverse as required.

Go Live

Once we are ready to go live we will test the solution with your team. We will make necessary refinements to ensure the solution performs as expected. Once we deploy the solution into your environment we will support your users during the transition through training, documentation and support to ensure a smooth adoption.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessment?

A review of your Microsoft 365 tenant before you turn Copilot on, covering permissions, sharing links, site ownership, retention and content quality. Copilot answers from whatever a user can already reach, so the assessment finds the things that would make those answers wrong or expose content people should not see.

Why do we need a readiness assessment before turning Copilot on?

Because Copilot inherits your existing permissions. If sharing is loose, sites have no owner and half the content has not been reviewed in three years, Copilot will surface and summarise all of it. Sorting that out first is cheaper than dealing with it after people have started asking questions.

What does the assessment look at?

Oversharing and broken permission inheritance, sites and Teams with no active owner, anonymous and organisation-wide sharing links, sensitivity labels and retention coverage, duplicate and stale content, and licensing and capacity for the rollout you have in mind.

How long does a Copilot readiness assessment take?

Two to three weeks for most tenants, depending on size and how much access we are given at the start. You get a findings report with the issues ranked by risk and effort, and a remediation plan you can either run yourselves or hand to us.

What is Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI assistant integrated into Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. It uses large language models combined with your organisation's data in Microsoft 365 Graph to help users summarise meetings, draft documents, analyse data, generate presentations, and automate routine tasks — all within the apps they already use.

How much does Microsoft 365 Copilot cost?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is licensed at £30 per user per month (as of 2025) and requires a qualifying base licence: Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, or Business Premium. The licence gives access to Copilot across all core Microsoft 365 apps. ThinkShare recommends a readiness assessment before purchasing to ensure your organisation will see maximum value from day one.

What is a Microsoft Copilot readiness assessment?

A Microsoft Copilot readiness assessment evaluates whether your organisation's Microsoft 365 environment is prepared for Copilot deployment. ThinkShare's assessment reviews your tenant configuration, SharePoint permissions and governance, data classification and sensitivity labels, Entra ID settings, and digital literacy levels. The output is a readiness score and a prioritised action plan to address any risks before rolling out Copilot.

Why do organisations need a Copilot readiness assessment?

Without proper preparation, Microsoft Copilot can surface sensitive documents to employees who should not see them, provide incorrect answers due to poor data quality, or deliver low adoption due to lack of training. A readiness assessment identifies overly permissive SharePoint permissions, missing data classifications, ungoverned content, and training gaps — enabling organisations to fix these issues before they impact a Copilot rollout.
