Discovery
A content audit of your current intranet, deciding with you what to carry over, archive or retire, plus permissions mapping and a project plan with fixed milestones.

Design
New information architecture and navigation for SharePoint Online, and a design-led layout for the intranet agreed before anything moves.

Build
We build the SharePoint intranet, migrate the pages, documents, images and metadata, and validate the migrated content with user testing.

Train
Training and a Q&A session with an intranet expert for the people who will run the intranet and publish to it.

Go live
Launch with go-live support, and the old system is decommissioned only once the migrated content has been checked.
