Omnia acquired LiveTiles in June 2024 and the platform is no longer being developed separately. We migrate LiveTiles intranets to Omnia, carrying across content, structure, metadata and permissions, with your own users signing off a pilot first.

Is LiveTiles end of life?
Omnia bought LiveTiles in June 2024 and the products merged into Omnia Digital Workplace. The development effort sits behind Omnia, and LiveTiles is no longer being developed as a separate platform.
Is there an end of support date for LiveTiles?
No end of support date has been published, and LiveTiles tells existing customers they remain supported on their current solution. We would treat that as the reason to plan now, so you choose the timing of the migration.
What comes across in a migration to Omnia?
Content, structure, document metadata, version history and the permission model. Some parts will need rebuilding, and we tell you which ones after the audit.
Why move to Omnia rather than another platform?
Omnia is built on the same Microsoft 365 foundation, so there is less rework than a full platform change, and it carries the capabilities LiveTiles customers rely on while continuing to receive feature updates. If native SharePoint suits you better, we can migrate you there instead.
