What is the enterprise AI readiness assessment?
Our AI readiness assessment scaled for large Microsoft 365 tenants. It answers the same two questions, where AI would pay back and whether your data is ready, but uses Orchestry to score every site and Team against 13 governance signals rather than reviewing a sample.
How is it different from the standard AI readiness assessment?
The standard assessment is priced for organisations of up to 50 users. The enterprise version covers large and complex tenants, adds whole tenant scoring and remediation tooling through Orchestry, and is quoted once we understand the size of the estate.
Is it only about Copilot?
No. The readiness work applies to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents and any other AI that answers from your content. The opportunity side of the assessment is platform agnostic.
Can Orchestry fix issues as well as report them?
Yes. As well as reporting, Orchestry supports remediation such as guest user audits and sharing link clean up, and automates provisioning, lifecycle policies and archiving so the tenant stays organised afterwards.
Do we need our own Orchestry licence?
Not to start with. The initial assessment runs on Orchestry’s 30 day free trial, so there is nothing to buy up front. Once you have seen the readiness score and the remediation and lifecycle tooling working on your own tenant, we expect you will want to keep it running for ongoing governance and reporting, and we can set that up for you.
How long does it take?
A couple of days for a simple tenant and two to four weeks for a large or complex one. The tenant scoring runs within Orchestry’s 30 day free trial, and we agree the timeline with you at scoping before any work begins.
