Discovery

We start by understanding your businesses challenges, processes and desirable outcomes. We conduct workshops to identify pain points, requirements gathering and opportunity exploration to roadmap automations and integrations within your Power Platform solution.

Design

Utilising the insights from the Discovery phase, we will design a solution architecture that aligns with your business's needs and the best practices, which includes wireframing, integration plans, and security and governance frameworks.

Build

Our experts will configure and develop your solution using the Power Platform product chosen and Microsoft Dataverse as required.

Go Live

Once we are ready to go live we will test the solution with your team. We will make necessary refinements to ensure the solution performs as expected. Once we deploy the solution into your environment we will support your users during the transition through training, documentation and support to ensure a smooth adoption.
