What is the difference between Pulse and Glint?

Viva Pulse lets managers run quick feedback surveys and see sentiment in real time. Viva Glint runs fuller engagement surveys with benchmarks, interactive dashboards and suggested action plans.

Is employee data kept private?

Yes. Insights are privacy protected, individuals see their own data and managers see aggregated team trends.

What happens after a survey?

Glint gives leaders recommendations and action plans, and we help you set up how results are shared and followed up so staff see something change.

Do we need extra licences?

Some Viva features are included in Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 and others need additional licences. We map what your current plan covers before recommending anything.
