Our Process

At ThinkShare we have over 20 years of experience creating various Microsoft solutions for an array of businesses. Within this time, we have created a tried and tested process to ensure your solution only brings success.

Discovery

The discovery phase is where we listen to your challenges and understand what issues users are facing. We invite stakeholders from around the business to hear how they are currently using the system, challenges they have and what they would like to see from the new system.

All feedback and comments will be collated into a document to detail all the findings and to inform what solution will be required meet those needs.

Design

Depending on your project, we will design the solution so you get an idea what the end product will look like and how it will perform for your business. You will get an opportunity to review this and to make any amends before we move forward into build.

Build

We then move forward to the creation of the new solution, reflecting the designs and comments made throughout the process to date. Once build is complete, there will be a further opportunity to review and make any final amends before testing can begin.

Go Live

This is the best part of the process as we then get to release the new solution to your users. They get an opportunity to get hands on with the new system to ensure it works for you business. We remain heavily involved in this process so we can fix any issues which may arise.

We also offer training on the solution to your own internal staff who then become Product Champions and can troubleshoot any issues internally. This means you are empowered to take ownership of your system and ensure a successful roll-out and adoption across your organisation.
